Roots is dedicated to providing a comprehensive education in the English language for learners of all levels. Classes range from beginner to advanced, covering wide array of cultural contexts. We offer three different types of English courses: Standard English, English for Professionals, and the SAT/College Prep course. Standard English
Communication in English is the main focus of this course. Learners will cover essential grammar, vocabulary, and cultural elements to advance from one stage to the next. Authentic materials are sourced for each level, from beginner to advanced, to bring real-world situations into the classroom.

This course is designed for intermediate to advanced speakers who are learning English for business purposes. Course content includes examples and practice with phone calls, emails, report writing, presentations, and more.

Expand your vocabulary and get access to key test-taking strategies with this course. Reading, writing, and critical thinking skills will be covered as well as sample tests and practice speaking English in an academic context. This course comes with guidance for applying to American universities, including a personalized application plan and an introduction to campus culture.
